½ c. bread cubes

¼ c. milk

2 lb. ground chuck

½ c. ketchup

½ c. chopped onion

½ c. chopped bell pepper (optional)

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

¼ tsp. garlic salt

½ c. chopped parsley

4 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the bread cubes in milk (about ¼ cup) get very moist squeeze together. Mix all ingredients together. Roll in 1 inch balls. Bake in oven at 350 until lightly brown.

*Can be frozen then added to the sauce.

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 bottle chili sauce

2 tbsp. dark brown sugar

Heat all ingredients until well blended. Add meat balls very carefully.
