Crunchy Spinach Salad Recipe

2 qt. fresh spinach, torn
2 c. fresh bean sprouts, or 16 oz. can drained
1 (8-oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
4 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, thinly sliced

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a bottle or jar, combine all dressing ingredients. Cover and shake well. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
