Hamburger Corn Bake Recipe

3 c. shell noodles (uncooked)

1 lb. ground round

1 c. chopped onion

12 oz can of Mexi Corn

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 c. sour cream

c. chopped pimento

tsp. salt

tsp. pepper

1 c. bread crumbs

2 tbsp. butter

Cook noodles according to directions.

Brown ground round with onion. (In a large pan) Add Mexi Corn, Cream of Chicken Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Stir cooked shell noodles into the meat mixture.

Pour into 2 qt. casserole. Combine 1 cup Bread Crumbs with 2 Tablespoon Butter; add to the top of the casserole. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.

8 to 10 servings
