Blueberry Sour Cream Breakfast Cake Recipe

1 stick of butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup brown sugar well packed

Preheat oven 350 grease and flour 8 inch cake pan

In small bowl - mix blueberries and brown sugar

In another bowl cream butter and sugar, beat well, beat in eggs and vanilla
Add flour and baking powder, baking soda and salt
Add sour cream and beat until batter is thoroughly blended perfectly smooth

Fold blueberries into batter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
