Have a butcher tenderize your round steak!! Trim bone and fat from around steak. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Buy whatever stove top stuffing mix you desire. Mix with 3 tablespoons margarine and 1½ cups water. Flatten steak with mallet (not necessary if you have the butcher tenderize it) Spread stove top stuffing over steak. Roll jelly-roll style and tie securely with string/twine. Brown well. In Dutch oven, with lid, place 1 bouillon cube, 1 cup hot water-let bouillon melt. Place browned steak in mixture. Place lid on top and bake in oven for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
