2 double crust pie recipe, make thick
1/2 lb cubed lean ham
1 pint ricotta
1 stick sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
8 eggs
3 cups macaroni, cooked and cooled
pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl
Fill bread pan with bottom crust, pour in miture to 1 inch from top of pan. Put a top crust and seal edge. Decorate top with holes for steam.
Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hour or until knife comes out clean. Plac eon rack for about 1/2 hour to cool before removing from pan.
