6 slices white bread (cubed)
1 pound browned pork sausage (Tennessee Pride or Rice's), drained
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon salt
3 green onions, chopped
6 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9"x13" baking pan. Line bottom with bread cubes. Then cook sausage and onions. Beat eggs with 2 cups milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread cubes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover well with plastic wrap and let sit overnight. Bake, covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer at 325 degrees.
