4 Eggs 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup butter melted 3/4 Ghirardelli sweet ground chocolate and cocoa 3/4 cup of Mexican Cocoa 1 1/3 cups unsifted flour 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. 2. Using a spoon, stir eggs, sugar, and vanilla; add melted butter. 3. Sift together Sweet ground chocolate, mexican chocolate, flour, salt and baking powder and cinnamon. 4. Stir into egg mixture. 5. Spread into 13x9 baking pan. 6. Bake 30-40 minutes. (depending on oven)
