1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. water
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. dry sherry wine
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Blend in large bowl. Spread batter in greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Cool about 15 minutes and remove from pan. Decorate with powdered sugar.
