2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 small garlic cloves minced
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. catsup or tomato sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
liquid hickory smoke if wanted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil,reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Blend in lemon juice. Baste meats frequently. to enhance the flavor, liquid hickory smoke may be added.
