Spinach
1/2 lb Strawberries, cleaned and sliced
Feta Cheese
Dried Cranberries
Apples
Pecans


Dressing:
1/2 lb strawberries, cleaned and thinly sliced
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1/2 c Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer spinach, feta cheese, 1/2 lb sliced strawberries, dried cranberries, apple chunks and pecans in a large bowl.
Place strawberries in a small bowl, sprinkle with sugar and let sit 10 minutes. Smash berries and add balsamic vinegar. Whisk together. Slowly drizzle in olive oil whisking as you add. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
