Dry Rub
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
2 slabs baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Mix together dry rub ingredients. Place ribs on sheet of aluminum foil 2 1/2 times the length of the ribs. Rub the ribs with the rub and tightly wrap the foil around the ribs being sure to completely seal all edges. Place the ribs on a cookie sheet and roast in the middle rack of the oven for 4 hours.
Slather with your favorite BBQ sauce and finish on the grill if desired.
