2 pkg. round steak
1/2 stick butter
Small onion or 1 bunch green onions
Small can mushrooms or the equivalent of fresh
1cup sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat in serving size pieces. (Tenderize meat by pounding with a mallet.) Salt, pepper and flour. Brown in butter. Remove meat and saute onions and mushrooms. Add sour cream and soup mix and stir well. Add 1-2 cups water as needed. Place meat in casserole and pour sour cream mixture over meat. Cover and cook at 350º for about 1 hour.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
