2/3 cup of rice
1.5 cups of water for rice
pich of salt
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup diced onion
250g mean cut into small cubes
1 Tbsp self raising flour
2 tsps curry powder
1.2 cup water for sauce
1/4 cup thin pieces of apple
1/4 cup of banana
2 Tbsps raisins
2 Tbsps ground coconut
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
salt
For decoration: 4 slices lemon + 1 Tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Check rice, wash and dry rice on the gas. Add the water and salt. Bring to a boil and cook on a low fire, covered, without stirring for 15 - 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a small pot, add the onion and brown, add the meat and steam on a low fire (covered) for about 10 minutes or so until the meat is soft. Take out the meat and onion.
Reheat the left over oil, add flour and curry, stir well and add water.
Add the onion and meat to the boiling sauce, add the other ingredients and cook on a small fire, covered for 10 minutes.
Spread out rice on a serving plate. Add meat in the center, garnish with lemon and parsley & serve.
