1 cup flour
1 chicken
1 large tin peaches
1 onion diced finely and fried
1.5 cups of orange juice or peach juice + 3/4 cup orange juice + soup in 1/2 cup of water
2 Tbsps white wine
2 Tbsps sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
dash black pepper
1 chicken cube or 3 tsps chicken soup powder
1 cup boiling water

Marinade chicken in all juices + onion + sugar.
Remove the chicken from marinade and put in casserole dish. Add spices on both sides (also paprika for browning). Bake until brown.
Remove from the oven and pour off the fat. Put the fat in the fridge to cool.
Pour juices over the chicken and cook until done.

While hot thicken the sauce with 2 Tbsps flour + water in a paste.
When the stock has cooled take off the fat, add the rest to the gravy and taste!

For an added kick add soy or Worcester sauce.
