2 lbs Frozen Hashbrowns
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 pt Sour Cream
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost Hashbrowns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with Hashbrowns. Put in a 3 qt casserole. SautÚ cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350║ for about 40 minutes.
