Crust:
2 c flour
½ lb butter
4 TBSP powdered sugar

Filling:
8 egg yolks (save whites)
2 ½ c granulated sugar
1c half & half
4 heaping TBSP flour
3 qts rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan.
Mix together filling ingredients and pour over crust.
Beat egg whites. Add 8 TBSP sugar one at a time. Add vanilla and coconut on top.
Bake 1hr or more.
