1 c flour
1 c plus 3 TBSP granulated sugar
1 c butter
1 large or 2 small cans pumpkin
4 eggs
1 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmet, ginger and vanilla
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325. Mix together flour, 3 TBSP sugar and c butter. Pat in a 9x13 pan to form a crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Increase oven temp to 350.
Mix together pumpkin, eggs, remaining 4 TBSP of butter (melted), sugar and spices. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
