1c shortening
1 ½ c granulate sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 TBSP sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Thoroughly combine all together. Mix together cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough together by teaspoonful and roll in cinnamon and sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes.
