4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Mayonnaise
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
3 Green Onions, finely chopped
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1/4 cup Seedless Raspberry Preserves
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a small stainless steel bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in cheeses and onions. Stir in pecans. Spread into Springform pan or plastic lined pie plate. Refrigerate until set, at least an hour. Invert on platter. Spread the top with preserves. Serve with crackers.
