3 c walnuts or mixed nuts
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c sugar
Pinch of salt
c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Spread nuts in a 11x17 jelly roll pan and toast 5-10 minutes at 325. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and salt. Fold toasted nuts into egg whites until coated. Melt butter in pan. Add nut mixture. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
