Ingredients:  
3 c chopping semi-sweet chocolate
1 TBSP oil
Peppermint oil
2c white almond bark
Green paste food coloring
TBSP oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together chocolate, 1 TBSP oil and 2drops peppermint oil until 85-90 degrees. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Let stand at room temperature.
Melt together almond bark, food coloring paste (to desired color) and TBSP oil. Pour over bottom layer of chocolate. Top with remaining chocolate.
Heat knife under hot water. Dry knife and cut bars.
