3 ½ c chopping semi-sweet chocolate
1 TBSP oil
Peppermint oil
2c white almond bark
Green paste food coloring
½ TBSP oil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together chocolate, 1 TBSP oil and 2drops peppermint oil until 85-90 degrees. Pour ½ onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Let stand at room temperature.
Melt together almond bark, food coloring paste (to desired color) and ½ TBSP oil. Pour over bottom layer of chocolate. Top with remaining chocolate.
Heat knife under hot water. Dry knife and cut bars.
