2 c walnuts, finely chopped
1 ½ c brazil nuts
½ lb dates
2 8oz bottles of maraschino cherries
½ c juice from cherries
1 ½ c granulated sugar
1 ½ c flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Mix together sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Split dates, nuts and cherries in bottom of 3 small loaf pans. Pour dry ingredients over top. Mix eggs and cherry juice and pour evenly over loaf pans.
Bake 2 hours at 275.
