1 c butter, softened
6 oz cream cheese, softened
2 c flour
jam or preserves of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add flour. Mix until well blended. Divide into thirds. Chill for easy handling. Roll dough until 1/8” thick. With a pizza cutter or pastry wheel, cut into 2 ½” squares. Place a rounded ¼ tsp of jam in center of each square. Bring 2 opposite corners and press together or bring 4 corners together and pinch to form a pocket. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
