3 eggs 1c milk 4 TBSP melted butter ¾ c flour 2 TBSP sugar ½ tsp salt
Mix all together well in mixer or blender. Put butter in bottom of a frying pan. Add the batter, swirling around to make as thin as possible (like a crepe). When batter is firm on top, roll like a crepe and remove from pan. Serve with butter, powdered sugar or topping of your choice.
