1 pkg dry yeast
1 c luke warm sweet cream ( cream milk)
1 egg
3 TBSP sugar
1 c shortening
1 tsp salt
3 c sifted flour
1 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Dissolve the yeast in 1c lukewarm sweet cream. Mix together yeast mixture, egg, 3 TBSP sugar, shortening, salt, and sifted flour. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Mix together 1c sugar and cinnamon. Spread the cinnamon and sugar mixture on the counter. Take of the dough and roll out on top of the cinnamon and sugar to about the size of 28 x 8. Fold in half lengthwise (making it 4 wide. Cut in 1 wide strips. Twist and sprinkle with sugar. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
