1 lb Oreo cookies
c butter, melted
gallon vanilla ice cream
1 c salted Spanish peanuts


Chocolate Sauce
2 c sugar
2/3 c chocolate chips
butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and mix well with butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Chill 1 hour. Pack ice cream over cookies. Pack down. Sprinkle nuts on top and put into freezer.
To make sauce put sugar, milk, chocolate chips and butter into a pan. Boil 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool completely. Pour sauce over ice cream and return to freezer until serving.
