Mom's Zucchini Bread Recipe

3 c floor
3 c grated Zucchini
2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
3 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
3 T cinnamon
1/2 the baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t cloves
Chopped nuts
Chocolate chips

Grease 2 loaf pans. Beat eggs 'til light and foamy. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl then mix together. Divide batter into greased loaf pans and bake at 350 approximately 45 minutes to an hour. When toothpick comes out clean remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Wrap in foil and freeze. Or slice when cooled.
