Crust:
3/4 c butter
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 powdered sugar

Filling:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar

Fruit of choice

Glaze:
1 c orange juice
3/4 c water
1/4 c lemon juice
3 TBSP cornstarch
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine crust ingredients and press into a 14" pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely.
Cream filling ingredients. Beat well and spread over cooled crust.
Cover with fruit.
Mix together glaze ingredients. Boil 1 minute. Cool to room temperature. Pour over fruit and chill.
Hint: To save time, cook glaze first so it can be cooling while the other steps are completed.
