3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 c shortening
1 egg lightly beaten
1 TBSP vinegar
6 TBSP water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and sugar together. Cut in shortening. Combine egg, vinegar and water together. Add to flour mixture. Roll out. Makes 3 double crusts.
