6 c milk
6 TBSP molasses
6 TBSP shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
3 TBSP salt
3 pkg yeast
9c rye flour
9c white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mixing Instructions Dissolve the 3 pkg of yeast in c warm water. Scald 3 cups of the milk and pour the hot milk over the molasses, shortening, sugar and salt. Add 3 cups cold milk. Add dissolved yeast to warm mixture. Add flour alternating between rye and white.
