5 1/2 cups Mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup Milk
8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz Sour Cream
2 tsp Dried Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 slices Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except Cheddar Cheese and bacon in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium high speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9" baking dish; top with cheese and bacon. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts.
