1 stick butter
1 c granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 lb can Hershey Syrup
1 c + 1 TBSP flour
1/2 c walnuts
1/2 tsp baking powder

Frosting:
6 TBSP butter
6 TBSP milk
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix together in order given and spread in 12x15 cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
To make frosting, bring butter, milk and sugar to a rolling boil. Boil 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and stir. Let stand until brownies are done. Frost.
