1c granulated sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c margarine
1 c Mazola oil
1 egg
1 c rice cereal
1 c flake coconut
3 ½ c flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes.
