1 1/2 Baby Yukon potatoes
2 garlic cloves minced
1 1 oz packet Ranch dressing seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Slice potatoes in half
3. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl. Toss everything together so the potatoes are completely coated.
3. Evenly spread the potatoes out on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, flip the potatoes over and bake an additional 3 minutes.
