1/2 lb. shrimp
3 tablespoons of butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of salt & pepper
4 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a baking dish, small, grease
3. In a skillet, melt the butter, add garlic and cook for 1 minute
4. Add shrimp, cook until red and cooked
5. Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
6. On very low heat add cream cheese, mayo, most of the mozzarella and parmesan-save some mozzarella for topping.
7. Place mixture into the baking dish
8. Cover with the last of the mozzarella cheese
9. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes
10. Finish with parsley
11. Enjoy with bread, pita chips, crackers.
