2 --- 16 oz. cans black beans
1 small green pepper
1 medium onion
3 tsp. minced garlic
4 eggs
2 tbsp. cumin and 1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder and 2 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. sweet Thai chili sauce
2 1/2 - 3 cups of plain bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. frozen corn (optional)

Directions:
Rinse black beans. Chop large chunks green pepper, and onion, add to food processor with garlic and corn. It can be processed to large or fine consistency, your choice. Mash black beans with fork or potato masher, then add to food processor. Put all processed food into large bowl add eggs, salt, cumin, chili powder, Thai sweet chili sauce, plain bread crumbs. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes. Remix and pat out. Spray skillet with oil and cook on medium/ high heat about 8 minutes on each side.
