2 lb. frozen Hash Browns (thawed)
1/2 c. Melted butter
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. Chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Colby cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 pan. Mix all ingredients except potatoes; fold in potatoes. Pour into pan and bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
