1 cup grits
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot, add grits, minced garlic, and garlic salt.
Cook med / low heat for about 15 minutes. In a small bowl mix eggs and milk together. Dice Velveeta cheese and butter into cubes, add to grits in the pot, mix well until cheese and butter are melted, then add milk and egg mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
