1/2 cup apple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
6 cups apples; peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
2 TBSP cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in saucepan and stir until melted. Add apples- cook until tender. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Stir into fruit mixture until thickened. Pour into pie crust and top with another crust. Bake 350 for 30 min.
