5 MEDIUM POTATOES (PEELED & CUT INTO CUBES)
*RUSSET'S ARE GREAT OR GOLDEN GIVES A BUTTERY QUALITY*
1 CAN OF CAMPBELL'S CREAM OF ONION
1 CAN OF CAMPBELL'S CREAM OF CELERY
2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
BACON BITS
CHOPPED GREEN ONION

Directions:
PUT POTATOES IN POT WITH ENOUGH WATER TO COVER THEM. HEAT OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND CONTINUE TO BOIL UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER (20 MINUTES GIVE OR TAKE).
DRAIN MOST OF THE WATER FROM POTATOES AND ADD ONION, CELERY SOUP AND BUTTER. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES OR SO. IF YOU PREFER A THINNER CONSISTENCY, ADD A LITTLE MILK.
SERVE SOUP TOPPED WITH CHEESE, GREEN ONIONS AND BACON BITS! (OR WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT:)
