1 pkg. Duncan Hines chocolate or Devil's food cake mix
FILLING
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk (can use evaporated milk)
1 stick margarine
1 pound frozen coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
24 marshmallows
FROSTING
1 12-oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 stick margarine
ALTERNATE FROSTING
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 T. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on package. Cool. Split layers.
For filling, boil together sugar, milk, and margarine for 5 minutes. Add coconut, vanilla, and marshmallows. Cool slightly; spread between layers.
For frosting, melt together chocolate morsels and margarine. Spread on top and sides of cake.
If using alternate frosting, mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Spread on top and sides of cake.
