1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion diced
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper ( cayenne)
1/2 tsp salt
1 6oz can tomato paste
1/2 c water
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add spices, onion,garlic,etc. brown well and drain fat.

Add all other ingredients to the ground beef and bring to a boil.

Turn heat down and cook 1 hour.

You can add more water if you want it to have more juice.

Serve over spaghetti.
