Hominy Casserole Recipe

1 large can hominy (or two small cans)
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can chopped green chilies
Garlic to taste
Grated Mexican cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Drain about 1/2 liquid from the hominy and mix together with chilies and salt. Pour into greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of hominy (space out evenly)

Bake at 350º for about 30-45 minutes. Check at about 15-20 minutes to see of cream cheese has melted enough to stir into hominy. Sprinkle grated cheese on top for the last 5 minutes.
