1 (15.6 oz) package of quick bread mix (cranberry or blueberry)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins or chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Prepare quick bread batter according to package directions.

Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 9 X 5 X 3 loaf pan.

Bake at 350º for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan.

Remove from pan onto wire rack & cool completely.
