1 head Red Leaf Lettuce, torn in pieces
1 head Green Leaf Lettuce, torn in pieces
1 head Iceberg Lettuce, torn in pieces
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
6 oz Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 cup Craisins
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
6 boneless Chicken Breasts, grilled and sliced

1/2 Sweet Onion, chopped
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Canola Oil
1 tsp Salt

Blend dressing ingredients slowly pouring in oil.
