115-140 (4-5 oz) ham-flavored turkey ground (about 250 ml/1c)
1/4 green pepper minced
1/2 stalk celery minced
1 hard cooked egg chopped
50 ml (3 tbsp.) mayonnaise
30 ml (2 tbsp.) pickle relish
2 ml (1/2 tsp) curry powder (adjust to taste)

Directions:

Combine ham-flavored turkey, green pepper, celery and egg. Add mayonnaise, pickle relish and curry powder. Toss lightly together and chill.

Use the food processor for chopping and mixing ingredients. Process ham-flavored turkey, pepper and celery before adding eggs, mayonnaise, pickle relish and curry powder. Use pulse (on/off) button until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
