3 lbs. beef chuck
3 large onions sliced 1"
4 carrots
8 oz mushrooms
2 cups wine
1 15 oz can College Inn
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 level tsp salt
pepper
Worchester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat overn to 325º

Cut meat in 2' pieces
Dredge in flour and brown on medium flame
Remove and put aside.
Remove oil and put more
Saute veggies until soft
Add wine, worchester sauce paste, college inn, salt, and pepper
Cover and put in 325º oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
