Ingredients:  
1lb. Ground beef or turkey
2 cans of Bush's chili beans (medium)
2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 small sweet onion diced
2 sweet peppers diced ( red or yellow)
3 cloves of garlic diced
1 bottle of Corona or Bud light lime
1 package of taco seasoning
Dash of chili powder
Dash of paprika
Dash of coriander or fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef or turkey.
Drain the fat and add the taco seasoning with a lil water
Dump the beans, tomatoes, diced vegetables, and seasonings in a crockpot ( Don't drain the beans and tomatoes) . Pour in the beer
Stir and mix well- then add meat. Let simmer or slow cook for several hours
