Dog Biscuts Recipe

4 eggs
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 lb vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract
5 cups flour maybe 1/2 cup more
1 tsp baking powder
2 sticks margarine room temperture
2 tbsp crisco
1 egg for wash

Preheat over to 350

In kitchen aid beat eggs with sugar about 5 minutes
Add vanilla and lemon extract
Slowly add flour and baking powder.
Add margarine
Add crisco
Blend until dough is soft not sticky (if sticky add more flour)

Kneed dough and let sit covered by bowl 30 minutes.
Grease baking sheets with crisco
Cut dough and roll
Cut into 1" pieces
Roll, fold 2 Xs
Brush with egg wash.

Cook at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
